An innovative design for Mahé 36 A young silhouette, fine toned forms, an open-plan sheltered cockpit and saloon, a raised helm station, great comfort on sailing and at anchor with excellent performance. Everything has been thought out so that you can move about on this 36 ft yacht without anything getting in the way.

The saloon and cockpit are on the same level just separated by a glass sliding door. This gives remarkable ventilation and a pleasant access to the galley. All sail controls are led back to the double helm station. There is no need to move when tacking.

Fine performance at sea…Her sail plan is generous with an upwind area of 90 m2. The genoa winches are laid out to keep the cockpit as clear as possible. As a result, the Lavezzi 40 can be maneuvered by one person with ease. To avoid noise levels in the cabins, the engines have been installed in the aft holds which are independent from the cabins. They can be accessed easily for maintenance purposes without any noise or unpleasant odors in the cabins the reference in cruising catamarans… The saloon and cockpit open on to each other with large sliding door and window making for remarkable ventilation and easy use of the galley whether you wish to eat inside or outside. An innovative saloon… The galley is on the port side, which leaves a lot of space for the table and bench seating, with enough room for 8 people. The saloon of the Lavezzi 40 features spacious cupboard space in the galley and for the chart table. Wood is very present with a warm atmosphere and an overall finish of great quality Optimal comfort for all the cabins: The beds are extra-wide (2 x 1.40 - 1.50m) compared to other boats of the same size. The new white ceilings contribute to the overall impression of light and volume. Each cabin is ventilated with a forward-facing overhead hatch and sidescuttle, both of which can be opened.

The Orana 44 is above all a very sea going vessel, sporting a high degree of comfort. Her very low centre of gravity provides maximum safety, and same level circulation between the cockpit and the saloon.

The helm can accommodate 3 people and groups all navigational manoevres together, affording excellent visibility above the deckhouse. A solarium is located behind the helm, including 2 adjustable deckchairs.

The kitchen is oriented towards the cockpit and opens onto it, offering a lot of room and providing a pleasant experience inside and out. A large sliding bay provides direct access between the saloon and the cockpit. The Orana 44 enjoys a very beautiful saloon table that can seat 8 dinner guests, with a 180° exceptional panoramic view via the bow bay windows and the sliding stern bay window. In the saloon, a privileged spot is reserved for the table facing the sea.

Berth ergonomics : A double bed of the «island» type has been incorporated into one of the starboard hull cabins. This is indeed the Owner’s suite in the Maestro version. The other 3 cabins are furnished with «semi-island» beds. Bathrooms: Each one of the 4 cabins has its own private toilet with separate shower in this 44 footer.
